Membership & Athar policies

This page sets out, in full, the terms of Les Chapitres memberships, our occasion gift boxes and Athar, the Maison Mirwad loyalty programme.

Les Chapitres membership

Term

Every membership runs for twelve chapters. The upfront membership is paid once. The monthly membership is a twelve-month commitment.

Deliveries

• Members in Qatar and the GCC receive their chapter on the 5th of each month.
• International members receive four quarterly deliveries of three chapters each.
• The deadline for any change to a chapter is the 1st of the month.

Swaps and skips

• Once a month, before the deadline, you may exchange your chapter for another item of equal value.
• You may skip up to two months, or three with Le Cercle Privé. Your membership extends by the same number of months, so nothing is lost.

Your selection

Your perfumes are always your choice. Bukhoor and oud selections come from our standard range; Glowing Oud, Royal Oud, Amber Pure and Mirwad Oud are available as an upgrade of QR 150.

Renewal

Nothing renews automatically. We write to you in your eleventh month, and the decision is yours.

Cancelling a monthly membership

If payments stop, chapters stop. Everything already paid for is delivered, and the value of any chapter not yet received is held for you as Maison credit for 12 months.

The Maison Promise

Within the first 60 days of your membership, you may convert the undelivered part of it into Maison credit, plus a further 10%.

Returns

Our standard 14-day return policy applies to unopened items, alongside the consumer rights that apply in your own country.

Gifts and transfers

A membership may be given as a gift, and may be transferred once to another person, free of charge.

Availability

Should a chosen item be unavailable, we replace it with an item of equal or greater value and let you know before your chapter ships.

Occasion gift boxes

Each membership includes occasion gift boxes: we wrap the box, prepare the card and deliver it to the person you name.

• Four per membership year, or two with L'Initiation, with one per quarter. Unused boxes do not carry over.
• Please request a box at least seven days before the date it is needed, or fourteen days during Ramadan, Eid and National Day.
• Delivery is complimentary within Qatar. Elsewhere, delivery is charged at cost.
• The card is engraved or handwritten. The recipient's name and the message are yours to choose.

Athar points

Athar is our loyalty programme. The value of a point is fixed: 1 point is worth QR 0.05.

Earning points

You earn one point for every QR 1 spent, five points for every £1 and four points for every €1, multiplied by your tier. Points are earned on products and memberships, but not on delivery charges or on the part of an order paid with points.

More ways to earn

• Creating an account: 200 points
• Adding your Athar card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet: 100 points
• Your birthday month: double points on everything you buy
• A product review with a photograph: 100 points
• Following Maison Mirwad on Instagram: 50 points
• Referring a friend who makes a purchase: 750 points, and your friend receives QR 75 off an order of QR 500 or more
• Attending an atelier event: 250 points

The three tiers

Top Note begins the day you join, with a ×1 multiplier.

Heart Note is reached with QR 2,500 spent in 12 months, or with a Le Majlis or La Maison membership, and carries a ×1.25 multiplier.

• Early access to new launches
• Complimentary calligraphy gift wrapping
• A complimentary 20 ml perfume each year

Base Note is reached with QR 7,500 spent in 12 months, or with a Le Cercle Privé membership, and carries a ×1.5 multiplier.

• A private consultation
• Invitations to Maison events
• First right to a place in Le Cercle Privé
• An annual gift from Mashael

Tier status is reviewed every 12 months, and a three-month grace period applies before any tier is reduced.

Redeeming points

• Online, choose your reward on the Athar page. The points are deducted at once.
• In person, at the atelier, a pop-up or an event, simply show your Athar card and choose your reward at checkout.
• The minimum redemption is 1,000 points.
• Points may pay for up to 50% of any order.
• If you return an order, the points used on it are restored to your account.

Points terms

• Points expire after 12 months without activity. Any purchase resets the clock, and we write to you 30 days before any points expire.
• Points have no cash value, cannot be sold and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Our promise on your points

Should the Athar programme ever change, we will tell you at least 90 days in advance, and every point you have already earned keeps its current value.
