We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition. Products must remain unopened and sealed.
Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Unopened and unused fragrances may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, provided they remain sealed in their original packaging.
Due to the nature of perfumery, opened bottles and personalized items cannot be returned.

Engraving is a precise artisanal process. Personalization typically requires 2–4 working days in addition to standard dispatch times.
This additional time ensures clarity, refinement, and a finish that reflects the craftsmanship of the Maison.

An engraved bottle is considered a bespoke creation made specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order arrives with damage or a production concern, our Client Care team will assist promptly.

During checkout, you may specify the text you wish to have engraved — initials, a name, a date, or a short message.
Once confirmed, our artisans will carefully etch your personalization onto the glass. Please note that engraving extends preparation time by a few additional days.
