Shipping policy

 

 

  1. Orders are dispatched to the delivery address provided by the customer and are expected to arrive within one (1) to fifteen (15) business days, depending on the destination.

  2. The delivery times indicated are estimates only and do not constitute a binding obligation on Mirwad.

  3. Returned products shall only be accepted if they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Products that have been opened or used shall not be eligible for return or refund.

  4. Upon receipt and inspection of an eligible returned product, Mirwad shall process the corresponding refund within fifteen (15) days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
