    One point for every unit you spend, in whichever currency you shop, memberships included. Heart Note earns 25% more, Base Note 50% more.

    From 1,000 points, exchange them for a reward below. Your code is ready at once.

The four ribbons

The more you wear the house, the richer your ribbon

Your note is set by what you spend over the last 12 months, or by your Les Chapitres membership, and each note is tied with its own ribbon. If your spending falls, your note is kept for three more months.

  • Points can pay for up to half of an order: each code needs a basket worth at least twice the reward.
  • Codes are for you alone, used once, and valid for 60 days. An unused code returns its points.
  • Points are earned on products after discounts, not on delivery. Refunded items take their points back.
  • Points expire after 12 months without a purchase. They have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
  • Shopping at the boutique? Give our team the email on your account and we’ll add your points.
  • If the programme ever changes, you will hear from us at least 90 days before, and every point already earned keeps its value.
