Every chapter is a full product from the boutique, never a sample, with a note from Mashael in every box, handwritten for Le Cercle Privé. Chapters in Qatar and the GCC ship on the 5th of each month, and every date is published before you join.

Occasion gift boxes

Up to four gift boxes a year, for the moments that matter

Choose four occasions a year, or two on L’Initiation: Ramadan, Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Qatar National Day, a birthday, a wedding, a graduation, a new baby, or a condolence. Tell us who it is for. We wrap it, engrave the card and deliver it.

One box per quarter, ordered at least seven days ahead, or fourteen during Ramadan, Eid and National Day. Delivery inside Qatar is complimentary; elsewhere it is charged at cost. Unused occasions do not roll over.

You will never arrive empty-handed again.

Priority booking

Members book 72 hours before everyone else ahead of Ramadan, both Eids, National Day and wedding season: gift boxes and corporate orders, bridal rituals, home scenting, engraving and atelier appointments. Le Cercle Privé members book first.

Ways to join

Five ways into the same year

The First Chapter

One box, no commitment, QR 390: an Eau de Parfum 20 ml engraved, bukhoor 15 g and charcoal, gift-boxed. Join any membership within 30 days and the full QR 390 comes off your membership.

Monthly

QR 199, QR 379 or QR 469 a month for twelve months, the way you pay for everything else. Paying for the year upfront costs less than twelve monthly payments.

Four instalments Coming soon

The year split into four interest-free payments. La Maison, for instance, becomes 4 × QR 1,238.

Reserve now Coming soon

A deposit of QR 500 holds the founding price, with the balance due at launch. For Le Cercle Privé it also reserves your number, from 1 to 50, in the order places are taken.

The Maison Promise

If in the first 60 days the programme is not what you expected, the part of your membership not yet delivered becomes Maison credit, plus 10%, to spend as you wish.

Our word

Your year is planned before you join, and delivered in full.

  • All twelve ship dates are published before you join.
  • Your membership ends after twelve chapters and nothing renews automatically. In month eleven we write to you, and the decision is yours.
  • Swap any chapter for an item of equal value before the 1st of the month, or skip up to two months, three on Le Cercle Privé. Your year extends to match; nothing is lost.
  • A membership may be given as a gift, and transferred once to another person, free.
  • A WhatsApp line for members, answered by a person.
  • Founding and Cercle members receive a hand-numbered certificate.
  • Membership payments are held for your chapters.
  • Unopened items follow our 14-day return policy.
